If you’ve been with Home Chef for even a week, you’ve been lured by the siren song of Culinary Director, Justin Paruszkiewicz’s delectable dishes (and marveled at his complicated last name). Justin creates gourmet, yet accessible dishes, and has major chops in the kitchen (and makes a mean playlist to cook to). We sat down with Justin to talk food, fun, and looking forward to warmer weather.
