A Week of Easy Sheet Pan Dinners

Sheet Pan Dinners have basically become a lifestyle over the past couple years, and it’s easy to see why everyone loves them – they’re easy to prep, typically require very few ingredients, and there’s zero cleanup if you use foil or parchment to line your pan. (We repeat: zero cleanup!) A quick internet search will yield a sea of recipes, but we’ve hand-picked some of our favorites to create a week’s worth of sheet pan dinners you’ll want to cook on repeat all autumn long.

1. Sheet Pan Barbecue Chicken

(via Simply Shellie)

If you’re looking for a crowd pleaser, it doesn’t get much better (or easier!) than this sheet pan barbecue chicken. Put your favorite bottled BBQ sauce to work, and round it out with roasted corn on the cob and potatoes for a complete spread.

2. Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil

(via Damn Delicious)

A genius way to enjoy all the flavors of a traditional New England-style shrimp boil, just without, y’know, the boil. The technique of roasting ingredients in stages ensures tender potatoes and still-juicy shrimp.

3. Pork Tenderloin with Brown Sugar Demi-glace

(via Home Chef)

This meal is bursting with fall flavors thanks to ingredients like Brussels sprouts, apple, and a sweet-savory brown sugar glaze. Prep is basically coring and chopping an apple and some sprouts – which is just the amount we’re willing to do on a busy weeknight!

4. Sheet Pan Salmon Nicoise Salad

(via Homemaker’s Habitat)

Talk about an ideal two-for-one dinner: it’s an easy sheet pan meal, a hearty elegant salad AND a deconstructed DIY platter designed for everyone at the table to build their perfect plate. Plus, how gorgeous would it be for a dinner party?

5. Sheet Pan Gnocchi and Roasted Vegetables

(via How Sweet Eats)

This easy Italian-inspired Sheet Pan Dinner is perfect for getting your veggies in, and is super adaptable! Serve as-is for a vegetarian main, as a side dish, or add sliced Italian Sausage for something a little heartier.

6. Sheet Pan Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash

(via How Sweet Eats)

Whether you’re making brunch for a crowd or just happen to love breakfast for dinner like we do, this easy recipe is packed with good-for-you ingredients and plenty of protein and fiber.

7. Perfect Sheet Pan Pizzas

(via Homemaker’s Habitat)

Did you know you can make a perfect pizza at home using a sheet pan? Neither did we! This is a great recipe to get the whole family in on when it comes to assembling the pies, and if no one can decide on toppings, you can use quarter-sized sheet pans and make two pizzas instead of one.
